The film stars Sunil Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Tushar Kapoor, Esha Deol, Sameera Reddy, Neetu Chandra, Upen Patel and Tanisha Mukerji. It revolves around three men who share the same name — Laxmi Narayan. It is an uncredited remake of the 1992 American film Blame It on the Bellboy which is about three men with similar surnames staying in the same hotel.The film performed moderately well at the box office and was an above average grosse movie especially in the rural areas and suburban areas and some tier 2 cities.If the movie hadn't been pirated the film could have been a huge hit as well.
