Akari Dojima (Yukie Nakama), an illustrator, is the third daughter of Chairman Dojima, the head of a construction company. During her childhood, she had an accident which left her crippled and forced her to spend her life in a motorized wheelchair. The sudden suicide of Akari's father sets off a chain of events.
